Agent Product Engineer — Judgment Labs Location: Chinatown, San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 base + competitive equity

About the Role This is an AI-native product engineering role with heavy agent ownership. You'll be building and shipping agent products directly — designing self-learning agent capabilities, iterating based on customer behavior feedback, and owning features end to end from zero to one. - Build high-quality AI agent products with genuine product taste
- Design and ship self-learning agent capabilities
- Own 0-to-1 product features from conception through deployment
- Develop agent infrastructure and behavior improvement systems
- Iterate on product based on customer behavior feedback
- Contribute to UX and product craft where needed
- Full-stack engineering as required to ship
Requirements
- 3–7 years of engineering experience
- Prior agent building and agent design ownership
- Comfort with 0-to-1 product ownership and ambiguity
- Frontend/design engineering background with strong product taste, OR AI engineering background with meaningful agent-building depth
- Baseline full-stack engineering capability
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days/week
Nice to Have
- TypeScript fluency
- Agent observability or evaluation framework experience
- Behavior monitoring product experience
- Series A / seed startup experience
- Consumer-grade design sensibility

- Candidates with no prior agent building experience
- Pure backend or infrastructure-only engineers without product instincts
- Candidates who cannot commit to onsite in San Francisco
