Clinical Fellow/Trust Grade Doctor – Paediatric Radiology We are inviting applications to fill a Clinical Fellow/Trust Grade Doctor vacancy at The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in the Department of Paediatric Radiology. The post will commence September 2026 and is a fixed‑term contract for 12 months. - 4 dedicated paediatric ultrasound rooms and 2 mobile ultrasound machines
- 2 radiographic rooms, a fluoroscopy suite, and nuclear medicine facilities
- Shared use of 1.5 and 3.0 Tesla MRI scanners, three multi‑slice CT scanners, and an angiography suite

- Deliver clinical radiology services to paediatric patients.
- Attend mandatory teaching and training sessions.
- Participate in audit and research projects.
- Present findings at national and international meetings.
- Contribute to the teaching of resident doctors.
Work Hours and Schedule
- 33.65 clinical hours per week (8.4 clinical sessions).
- 4 additional hours per week for private study, teaching preparation, audit and research.
- Alternate‑week evening general acute CT list.
- No further on‑call commitment – total weekly commitment 40 hours.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the General Medical Council.
- Medical degree and postgraduate training in radiology.
- Experience in paediatric radiology is desirable but not mandatory.
