- Oversee and coordinate office administration activities, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
- Supervise administrative staff and assist in team management to foster a productive work environment.
- Support human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to facilitate effective communication within teams.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and manage document control to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed to support office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, ideally within a similar organisational setting.
- Demonstrable experience in supervising or managing teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong human resources background with familiarity in employee management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Organisational skills that enable prioritising tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with office equipment and managing administrative procedures is essential. This role requires a confident individual with strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
