Froggy Services is a well-established contract cleaning and grounds maintenance company based in Newman, in the heart of the Pilbara. We're looking for a reliable couple to join our team in a full-time, live-in residential role. Rent-free accommodation is provided — you move into a company house in Newman and settle straight in.This is a great opportunity for a hard-working couple who want steady, secure work in one of WA's key regional centres, with housing sorted from day one. Visa sponsorship is on offer for the right candidates.The roleYou'll deliver high-quality cleaning across a regular roster of town-based and commercial clients. Day-to-day work includes:

• Commercial, mine site and residential cleaning (offices, facilities, accommodation)

• Following site procedures and health & safety requirements
• Keeping equipment and supplies well-maintained and organised

The roster is a regular 5.5-day week.What we're looking for

• A couple able to relocate to and live in Newman
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in a job done well
• Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work to a consistent standard
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a positive attitude matters most — we'll train the right people

Essential:

• Current WA driver licence - (Manual licence is a plus)
• Ability to pass medical / drug & alcohol testing
• Eligibility to work in Australia
