Assistant Restaurant Manager - Job Description Main responsibilitiesSupport the Restaurant Manager in daily operationsSupervise front-of-house staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders)Ensure excellent customer service at all timesHandle customer complaints professionallyManage staff rosters, shifts, and trainingMonitor stock, inventory, and ordering suppliesOversee cash handling, POS systems, and reportingMaintain health, safety, and hygiene standardsStep in as acting manager when needed Skills & requirements1-3+ years experience in hospitality (supervisor/manager level)Strong leadership and team management skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilityAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsKnowledge of food safety + RSA (in Australia).Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,200.00 per monthBenefits:
