Vital Ease is a growing home modifications company specialising in accessibility works for aged care and NDIS participants. Our projects help people remain safe and independent in their homes.We are seeking a Project Manager – Minor Modifications to oversee small to medium projects including rails, banisters, ramps and other accessibility works. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, works well with trades, and enjoys managing projects from start to finish.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple home modification projects from scheduling through to completion. The role involves coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining margins and ensuring all works meet compliance and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:

- Triage incoming jobs and prioritise scheduling
- Coordinate and allocate works to subcontractors and trades
- Manage project timelines and ensure works are delivered on schedule
- Organise materials and site requirements ahead of installation
- Monitor job margins and ensure projects remain financially viable
- Provide technical support and guidance to trades on site
- Identify and resolve installation issues or shortcomings
- Ensure works comply with relevant building standards and accessibility requirements
- Communicate with clients to organise job schedules and manage expectations
- De-escalate and resolve issues that arise during project delivery
- Build and maintain a reliable network of subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or building project management
- Strong understanding of residential works and trades coordination
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to keep trades accountable and maintain quality standards
- Organised and detail oriented
