We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Data Analyst with strong Python skills to analyze and structure conversational AI data for pre-trained intent classification models.
Required Skills:✅ Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy)✅ Data Cleaning, Normalization & Structuring✅ Text Preprocessing & Tokenization✅ Conversational AI / Chatbot Data Analysis✅ NLU Concepts, Intent Classification & Entity Extraction✅ Chat Logs, Transcripts & User Utterance Analysis✅ Tableau, Streamlit, or similar Dashboarding tools✅ Data Storytelling & Business InsightsKey Responsibilities:• Prepare and structure chatbot conversation datasets.• Analyze conversation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.• Support intent classification by validating labeled data and improving intent taxonomy.• Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.• Recommend improvements to chatbot accuracy and user experience.
