Pay: £35,000.00 - £37,000.00 per year Job description:Now hiring, an experienced, hard-working, fully hands-on store Manager for our Domino's Pizza Store in Bathgate.As this is a senior management position, we are only looking to hire a person who has a proven track record of at least 5 years of management experience at a former Dominos store in the UK.If you are a person who is already on a skilled worker visa and struggling to renew, then we can potentially help as we have a spare CoS ready to assign, provided you have the desired experience.Please do not apply if you lack the experience, as we will not reply.Qualities Required:**

- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Take full control of FLM.
- Lead, motivate, and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Take charge of stock control, inventory management, and store ordering systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP regulations.
- Recruit and develop team members to foster a positive, high-performing environment.
- Respond to customer feedback, using it to improve service and store performance.
- Achieve sales, labour, and food cost targets, ensuring profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies and promote upselling to maximise sales.
- Ensure all team members adhere to Domino’s UK standards and policies.
- Always have the store ready for a 5-star OSA inspection.
