Job description AI Automation Specialist (Dev) Lead AI industrialisation in Wealth Management FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is looking for a AI Automation Specialist (Dev) to join our consulting team, and wealth management client. This isn't a "lab project", you'll be deployed on-site with a top-tier Wealth Management client to lead a 12-month mission-critical transformation. You will be the architect responsible for integrating Claude LLM to revolutionise paraplanning and automate the generation of reports and analytics. - Implement AI/LLM technologies (Claude) into financial advice workflows.
- Build robust human-in-the-loop controls for AI outputs.
- Automate complex data entry and claims processing.
- Industrialise the paraplanning and SOA document generation process.
- Provide leadership on safe AI application in enterprise environments.
- Integrate LLMs into manual workflows and scenario modelling.
- Ensure AI outputs remain fully compliant with financial regulations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in commercial settings.
- Strong software engineering background with LLM API integration.
- Deep understanding of scenario modelling and complex calculations.
- Experience with data engineering and table-intensive data processing.
- Familiarity with regulatory constraints in financial services.
- Practical experience with risk mitigation in enterprise AI.
- Ability to provide thought leadership on pragmatic AI application.
