• Location: East London (Hybrid / Flexible)
• Package: £120K–£180K Base + Strong Equity
• Visa: Sponsorship Available
• Experience: At least 12 months of experience working for a Series Backed Start Up, or leading AI employer

• We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling AI agent company building automation software for SMBs. The platform enables non-technical users to build and deploy AI-driven workflows that replace manual operational work with intelligent agents.
• They are now hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join the core product team and help shape the next stage of platform evolution.
• You will work directly with the founding team and early engineers to build and scale an AI-native SaaS platform used by thousands of B2B and B2C Customers globally.
• This is a high-velocity engineering environment where shipping speed, iteration, and product intuition matter as much as technical depth.
• You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack and directly influence product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack features across modern frontend + backend systems (TypeScript-heavy)
• Design and implement AI agent workflows and automation logic
• Integrate LLM APIs into production-grade user workflows
• Build scalable backend services and APIs supporting rapid user growth
• Work closely with founders, product, and design to ship fast and iterate
• Make architectural decisions as the platform scales from thousands → tens of thousands of users
• Optimise performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI-heavy systems
• Help shape engineering culture in a very early-stage but fast-scaling team

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong full stack engineering experience (modern JS/TS stack preferred)
• Experience building production user-facing SaaS products end-to-end
• Comfort working in early-stage, high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
• Strong interest in AI agents, LLMs, or automation tooling
• Ability to ship quickly with minimal process or hand-holding
• High ownership mindset, you run problems, not tickets
• Strong product intuition (understanding why something is being built, not just how)
