Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager based in New Brunswick, NJ. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing stock and inventory control, managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, and coordinating logistics. You will also manage a team of warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies and procedures. This role plays an integral part in maintaining operational excellence within the company.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Management techniques to maintain optimal inventory levels effectively
• Experience in Operations Management and logistics to streamline warehouse workflows and maintain operational efficiency
• Familiarity with Forklift Operations and warehouse equipment use
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail accuracy and problem-solving
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and software tools
• Physical ability to meet the demands of a warehouse environment, including standing, lifting, and moving materials
• Prior experience in auto parts inventory management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are advantageous
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
• Legal to work in the U.S.

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience) What We Offer
