We are looking for an experienced Senior Gen AI Lead with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Build multi-step and multi-agent AI workflows.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and document retrieval strategies.Design prompt templates, system prompts, and AI guardrails.Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, and internal enterprise services.Optimize model latency, accuracy, and token utilization.Develop automated LLM evaluation frameworks and regression testing.
Required Skills:10+ years of overall IT experience.Strong hands-on Python development experience.Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector databases.Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and hallucination mitigation techniques.Experience with RAG architecture and AI agent frameworks.Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
