Title: Chef Occupation: 351311 CHEF Salary: $76,515 - $78,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Mecwacare Location: 52-58 Northcote Ave, Caulfield North VIC 3161 (Jubilee House Caulfield) Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include · preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies · planning menus and estimating food and labour costs · monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation · discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff · explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations · assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
