- Deliver engaging evangelism programmes and sermons that resonate with various audiences
- Organise and participate in outreach events, including community visits, seminars, and faith-based activities
- Mentor and support members of the congregation, including working with children and vulnerable groups
- Develop innovative strategies for evangelism that align with organisational goals
- Collaborate with other church leaders and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of programmes
- Provide pastoral care, including hospice support where appropriate, demonstrating compassion and understanding
- Lead fundraising initiatives to support evangelism projects and community outreach efforts
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages spiritual development and active participation
