Portfolio Management / PMI

• PMI（財務・管理面）の企画・実行
• 投資先会社およびSPVの事業運営・管理 （資金管理、会計、税務コンプライアンス等を含む

1. 財務ガバナンス強化）

• オペレーション最適化および収益性向上施策の企画・実行

Stakeholder Management & Market Development

• 投資銀行、デベロッパー、事業会社等とのネットワーク構築
• 再生可能エネルギー・エネルギートランジション分野における投資機会の創出
• 日本本社および欧州の事業パートナーとのリレーションマネジメント
• 取締役会・経営層向け資料作成および意思決定支援

【応募条件】

• 大学卒以上
• 商社、投資銀行、コンサルティングファーム（財務・法務等）における5〜10年程度の実務経験
• 事業投資に関する実務経験
• 会計、法務、税務、ファイナンスいずれかの実務知識
• 英語によるビジネス遂行能力
• クロスボーダー案件におけるステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• プロアクティブな姿勢、チームワーク力、リーダーシップ
• アムステルダムオフィス通勤が可能な方

Energy Investment Project - Business Development Manager English Speaker | Full-time | AmsterdamOur client is a leading international trading company headquartered in Japan, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. Operating across a wide range of sectors, including investment, infrastructure and chemicals, the company drives global business growth through its strong international presence.The company’s European headquarters, based in Amsterdam, is currently seeking an Energy Investment Project / Business Development Manager to lead investment development initiatives across Europe, including strategic planning, new business development, M&A and post-merger integration (PMI).This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business investment at a trading company, investment bank or consulting firm, and with a strong background in finance, tax, accounting, legal or related areas. Key Responsibilities Investment & Strategic Development / M&A

• Lead M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector
• Originate, evaluate and execute project investment opportunities
• Develop financial models, valuations, business case analyses and investment structures
• Structure project finance transactions, lead lender negotiations and negotiate/execute PPAs
• Manage due diligence processes across financial, tax, legal, commercial and technical areas

Portfolio Management / PMI

• Plan and execute post-merger integration (PMI), with a focus on financial and operational aspects
• Oversee portfolio companies and SPVs, including cash management, accounting, tax compliance and financial governance
• Drive operational optimization and value creation initiatives

Stakeholder Management & Market Development

• Build and maintain networks with investment banks, developers and corporate partners
• Originate new investment opportunities in renewable energy and the broader energy transition sector
• Manage relationships with the Japan headquarters and business partners across Europe
• Prepare materials to support board-level and executive decision-making

Qualifications

• University degree or higher
• 5–10 years of professional experience in trading companies, investment banks, consulting firms (finance/legal advisory, etc.) or similar
• Proven experience in project finance or corporate investment or asset investment
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: accounting, legal, tax or finance
• Strong business-level English communication skills
• Experience in cross-border stakeholder management
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork skills and leadership capability
• Familiarity with Japan companies and Japanese business culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy, energy or infrastructure investments / business development
• Cross-border M&A experience
• Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher
