We are expanding our operations and are seeking a Management Consultant / Business Analyst to support our strategic planning, operational improvement, and business development activities. About the role:The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective operational and strategic solutions. - Conduct business analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Gather, interpret, and analyse data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvement projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop performance dashboards or KPI reports.
- Assist with project management, market research, and competitor analysis.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and at least one data analysis tool (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python, or R).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma) is desirable.
