- 100% commission-based compensation
- 4 months commission on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) you personally close
- 1 month commission on recurring cloud resale
- Renewal compensation paid on clients you sign (different structure than new logo commissions
- Small recoverable draw to qualify for benefits
- Commissions paid on collected revenue

- International candidates: hired in full compliance with local employment law

What You’ll Actually Do
- Hunt and close net-new MSP clients
- Own the entire sales cycle (prospecting → close)
- Sell managed services, recurring agreements, and cloud solutions
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Work directly with leadership — no account handoffs, no sales theater
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- MSP Sales Hunter experience ONLY
- Minimum 3 years closing net-new MSP recurring revenue
- Three (3) consecutive years of W-2 earnings over $100,000
- Documented success selling managed services / MSP agreements
- Comfortable being measured purely on results
