Title: Senior MSP Sales Hunter – W-2 | Commission + DrawLocation: Remote (U.S. & International Candidates Considered) Position Description:Read This FirstThis role is ONLY for experienced MSP Sales Hunters.Not SaaS.Not telecom.Not staffing.Not copiers.Not an MSP Account Manager who wants to try hunting.If you have not made a good living for at least 3 years selling net-new MSP recurring revenue, this is not the role for you.The Opportunity (Why This Exists)We are hiring a proven MSP Sales Hunter who has consistently closed net-new managed services and recurring revenue — and who knows they are currently underpaid.If you’ve:
  • Closed MSP deals end-to-end
  • Built your own pipeline
  • Carried a real quota
  • Generated six-figure W-2 income selling MSP services

…and you’re tired of capped commissions, low percentages, or being treated like order-taker support for delivery teams — this role is built for you.Compensation Structure (W-2)
  • 100% commission-based compensation
  • 4 months commission on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) you personally close
  • 1 month commission on recurring cloud resale
  • Renewal compensation paid on clients you sign (different structure than new logo commissions
  • Small recoverable draw to qualify for benefits
  • Commissions paid on collected revenue

This role is designed for hunters who expect to be paid like owners for new revenue creation.Employment Structure
  • U.S. candidates: hired as W-2 employees
  • International candidates: hired in full compliance with local employment law
  • Benefits eligibility provided where applicable

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Hunt and close net-new MSP clients
  • Own the entire sales cycle (prospecting → close)
  • Sell managed services, recurring agreements, and cloud solutions
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Work directly with leadership — no account handoffs, no sales theater

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • MSP Sales Hunter experience ONLY
  • Minimum 3 years closing net-new MSP recurring revenue
  • Three (3) consecutive years of W-2 earnings over $100,000
  • Documented success selling managed services / MSP agreements
  • Comfortable being measured purely on results

MSP Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and “transitioning” roles should not apply.This is not a training role. This is not a hybrid role. This is not a “try hunting” opportunity.Income Verification & Compliance
