Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development, solid backend skills in Java, and proven experience working with cloud platforms. This role involves leading a team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

NOTE: The candidate must be willing to work on our W2, and we are open to H1B transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable and high-performance applications
  • Design and develop full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
  • Architect and implement cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills:

  • Over all 12yrs in IT and 10yrs + In Java environment
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
