Role Overview
The purpose of this engagement is to provide Project Management support to ensure The Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (Client- OMHSAS) successfully implements and maintains compliance with the terms of a settlement agreement related to program and operational requirements. The contractor will support the coordination, tracking, documentation, and monitoring of activities necessary to fulfill the organization's obligations under the agreement.

Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitoring and tracking compliance obligations associated with the settlement agreement.
- Maintaining a centralized implementation plan outlining required actions, milestones, and deliverables necessary to meet settlement terms.
- Maintaining a master compliance tracking system to monitor progress toward required obligations.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and operational teams involved in implementing settlement-related requirements.
- Organizing and facilitating meetings, workgroups, or coordination sessions related to settlement implementation in coordination with the CWOPA's consultant agency.
- Preparing meeting agendas and documenting meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
- Tracking action items and deliverables associated with settlement obligations.
- Identifying potential risks, barriers, or delays that may impact the organization's ability to meet settlement requirements.
- Escalating potential implementation challenges to appropriate leadership when necessary.
- Supporting internal coordination to ensure required documentation and evidence of compliance are properly maintained.
- Assisting with organizing materials and documentation related to settlement implementation efforts.
- Reviewing operational processes and program activities to ensure alignment with settlement requirements when appropriate.
Required Technical Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience with relevant Project Management experience
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams involved in implementing settlement-related requirements.
- High degree of business and technical knowledge
- Escalate potential implementation challenges to appropriate leadership when necessary.
- Maintain Risk and Issue Logs identifying potential risks, implementation challenges, and mitigation strategies
- Prepare meeting agendas and documenting meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
