Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end data integration, analyzing data flows, ensuring data quality, and developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, support, and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using MuleSoft.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Analyze datasets to identify data quality issues and ensure accurate data movement across systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
