This is a field-based role focused on ensuring solar generation assets operate safely, efficiently, and at optimal performance levels. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systemsInspect, troubleshoot, and repair inverters, panels, wiring, and monitoring systemsDiagnose electrical faults and restore system performance efficientlyConduct testing, commissioning, and routine system checksRespond to system alarms and resolve performance issuesMonitor plant performance using SCADA and control systemsSupport installation, upgrades, and site improvement projectsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and digital work ordersEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsWork collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and operations teams Skills and RequirementsElectrical, mechanical, or renewable energy technical backgroundExperience in solar, electrical maintenance, or industrial field workAbility to read electrical drawings and technical schematicsUnderstanding of PV systems, inverters, and AC/DC systemsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work outdoors in varying environmental conditionsSafety certifications such as LOTO and working at heights are advantageousFull NZ work rights or relevant trade qualification preferredPay: From $7,000.00 per monthBenefits:
