Position: Trust Doctor (eqv to ST3+) in Ophthalmology
Location: City of Westminster
We're currently searching for a driven ophthalmologist to join us as an Ophthalmology fellow. Fellowship spans 12 months, offering thorough training in both medical and surgical aspects of managing complex retina conditions. Located in the Eye Treatment Centre (ETC) at Whipps Cross Hospital. Schedule runs Monday to Friday. This role is offered by Barts Health, one of the largest NHS trusts.Exposure and Responsibilities

- Management of complex medical retinal care.
- Management of surgical retinal care.
- Training in retinal laser procedures.
- Training in intravitreal injections.
- Training in vitreoretinal surgery.
Qualifications
- Part 2 FRCOphth or equivalent.
- Appropriate GMC registration for overseas candidates.
- Candidate nearing completion or finished Higher Specialist Training programme in Ophthalmology.
