Corporate Associate – 1–5 PQE – Surrey
Jameson Legal is working with a highly regarded South East law firm looking to appoint a Corporate Associate to join its busy and well-established corporate team in Surrey.
The team is known for handling high-quality work across mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters. Clients include a mix of FTSE-listed groups, private equity-backed businesses, and fast-growing companies.
This is a great opportunity to develop your experience on a broad range of corporate work in a collaborative, well-supported environment. You’ll be trusted with responsibility early on, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining genuine exposure to clients and transactions from day one.
You’ll bring 2–4 years’ PQE, strong technical skills, and a commercial mindset. A background from a City, national, or leading regional firm would be ideal, though more important is the drive to take ownership of your work and develop into a well-rounded, business-focused adviser.The firm offers excellent training, partner access, and a clear path for career progression.
