Engineering / Technical Manager – Nanobubble Technology Drive innovation. Own the system. Deliver real-world impact.We’re looking for an Engineering / Technical Manager to take ownership of our nanobubble technology systems—from concept and design through to installation, performance, and optimisation in the field.This is not a desk-bound design role. You’ll sit at the centre of engineering, production, and customer delivery, ensuring our systems don’t just look good on paper—they perform where it matters. About the RoleYou’ll lead the design, build, and deployment of nanobubble (NB) systems used across water treatment, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications.At its core, this role is about engineering accountability—owning system performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring every solution delivered meets both technical and commercial expectations. Work Location: In person
- Designing and refining nanobubble generation systems, including pumps, injectors, oxygen/air systems, and control instrumentation
- Translating P&IDs into fully realised, buildable designs using SolidWorks
- Developing site-specific system layouts, ensuring optimal flow, gas transfer, and integration into client operations
- Leading technical input into product development, particularly NB injectors and system efficiency improvements
- Managing project scoping, costing, and supplier engagement
- Overseeing manufacturing, scheduling, and delivery in line with project timelines
- Supporting trials and pilot programs, working directly with customers to define requirements and optimise outcomes
- Leading installation, commissioning, and system performance validation on-site
- Troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement
- Ensuring WHS compliance and safe system design, particularly around pressurised and gas-based systems
What You Bring
- A background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
- Strong experience in fluid systems, water treatment, or gas-liquid technologies
- Proven ability to take a system from design through to real-world delivery
- High-level capability in SolidWorks and technical design
- Experience managing projects, suppliers, and production outputs
- Commercial awareness—you understand cost, efficiency, and delivery pressures
- Confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders
