Head Chef – Kinoko Japanese RestaurantWe are seeking an experienced and disciplined Head Chef to lead kitchen operations at Kinoko Japanese Restaurant. This role requires a strong leader with team management skills , and maintaining high standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
  • Enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Control food costs and minimize waste

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (Japanese cuisine preferred)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience with kitchen operations, stock control, and cost management
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and discipline

Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,668.38 – $105,817.72 per yearBenefits:
