Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (Japanese cuisine preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with kitchen operations, stock control, and cost management
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and discipline
