Carer / Support Worker Perth, Western Australia Our clients are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Carers / Support Workers to join a growing aged care and disability support team in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: * Provide daily personal care and emotional support to clients * Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities * Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life * Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans * Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members * Provide care to participants with high support needs * Perform bowel care and enemas where required Requirements: * Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent qualification * Fluent English communication skills * Current NDIS Worker Screening Check * Current First Aid Certificate * Working with Children Check (WWC) * Demonstrated experience with bowel care and enemas (mandatory) * Strong experience providing personal care to participants with high support needs * Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Australian license holder is a must Visa Sponsorship: Employer sponsorship may be offered to suitable onshore candidates who meet the following English requirements: * IELTS Overall 7.0, or * PTE Academic 65 Salary: Hourly rate: $35.15 above If you are passionate about caring for others and looking for long-term career opportunities in Australia, we would love to hear from you.
