Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support a Supply Chain Transformation Program under the guidance of the Program Manager. The role involves analyzing technical requirements, supporting system integrations, and ensuring alignment between ERP, logistics platforms, and business processes.The ideal candidate will work closely with functional analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the overall supply chain architecture.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Analysis & Requirements

• Analyze and document technical requirements for supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Support solution design activities across ERP and logistics systems.

Integration & Interface Support

• Design, document, and support integrations between SAP ERP and logistics platforms.
• Assist in interface mapping, data flow analysis, and system connectivity requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless system integrations.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with functional analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and program stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional alignment between technical architecture and business processes.
• Participate in workshops, solution discussions, and technical reviews.

Technical Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation including interface specifications, process flows, and integration designs.
• Ensure technical solutions are coherent, optimized, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities during implementation phases.

Program Support

• Assist the Program Manager in tracking technical deliverables and dependencies.
• Contribute to system testing, deployment support, and transition activities.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives within the supply chain program.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Technical Analyst in ERP or Supply Chain transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and logistics/supply chain integrations.
• Strong understanding of system interfaces, data flows, and integration concepts.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
