Naylor Love Auckland is one of New Zealand's largest privately owned construction companies, delivering commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, education projects, and infrastructure nationwide.A Quantity Surveyor (QS) manages costs and contracts for construction projects from inception to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on budget, manage financial risks, and provide cost advice to clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities:Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows for projects.Manage tenders, contracts, and variations.Monitor project financial performance and provide reporting to project managers/clients.Conduct value engineering to optimize cost efficiency.Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers. Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.NZ experience in commercial construction projects is often preferred.Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.Proficiency with cost management software and MS Office.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Pay: $6,250.00 – $7,900.00 per monthBenefits:
