• Easily accessible from Northampton, Rugby, Coventry and surrounding areas
• Market town setting with a varied patient demographic

The Practice

• Large practice serving a broad and diverse patient population
• Outstanding GP Training Practice with multiple GP Registrars, medical students and nursing students
• Strong history of developing clinicians into future Partners
• Highly effective MDT including ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescriber and FCP
• Daily GP coffee break fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
• SystmOne practice with extensive workflow optimisation and excellent administrative support
• Personal lists supporting continuity of care
• Named GP mentor and dedicated secretary provided for all new GPs

Your Role

• Salaried GP
• 4–8 sessions available with excellent flexibility
• Approx. 27.5 patient contacts per session, aligned with BMA safe-working guidance
• Mix of telephone, face-to-face and online consultation work
• Protected admin time built into sessions
• Duty responsibilities introduced gradually after approximately three months
• Home visits shared fairly across the clinical team
• Specialist interests welcomed and supported
• Genuine future Partnership opportunity available

Salary And Benefits

• £13,054 per session per annum
• Additional half-session payment for duty sessions
• 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays
• 10 study leave sessions plus 2 appraisal sessions
• Additional indemnity cover paid above NHS CNSGP requirements
• BMA model contract
• Tier 2 Visa sponsorship available

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
