They build on the basic Healthcare Assistant role by taking on more responsibility, leadership, and clinical tasks. What a Senior Healthcare Assistant doesThey still provide hands-on care, but also guide others and handle more complex duties:Supporting patients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)Monitoring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)Assisting nurses with clinical proceduresSupporting patients with mobility and rehabilitationProviding emotional support to patients and familiesSupervising and mentoring junior HCAs or new staffEnsuring care plans are followed correctlyMaintaining accurate patient recordsPay: $4,600.00 – $5,800.00 per monthBenefits:
