We’re currently representing a well-established healthcare recruitment agency in Sydney that is urgently looking to appoint an experienced Aged Care Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk with immediate revenue, active clients, and genuine growth potential.
With an existing client base, dormant accounts ready to be reactivated, and strong market demand, this is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to walk into a desk with real momentum and scale it quickly.
The AgencyOur client is a highly regarded healthcare recruitment business with over 14 years in the market, operating nationally across Doctors, Nursing, Allied Health, and Aged Care.
They are recognised for their strong panel relationships, repeat business, and well-established reputation across the healthcare sector. Their Sydney office is home to a collaborative, high-performing team led by experienced recruitment leaders who understand how to support consultants to grow, bill, and progress.
The business combines strong systems, operational support, and genuine career pathways with the flexibility and earning potential that ambitious recruiters are looking for.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a warm Aged Care recruitment desk across temporary and permanent placements
• Drive business development activity to build new client relationships and expand market share
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement and aftercare
• Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines across the Aged Care market

About You

• Previous agency recruitment experience within Aged Care is essential
• Proven business development capability and confidence winning new clients
• Experience managing temporary, permanent, or blended recruitment desks
• Strong Australian market knowledge and understanding of the local healthcare landscape
• Commercially minded, proactive, and relationship-driven
• Experienced candidates requiring sponsorship are encouraged to apply, provided they are already based in Australia
