Chef – Full TimeThe Settler's TavernSalary Range:- $75K - $85KOur client “The Settler's Tavern” is seeking experienced chef to join our team. To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.Responsibilities:

• Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
• Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Preparing and cooking food
• Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Kitchen staff
• Demonstrating techniques
• Enforcing hygiene regulations
• May select and train staff
• May freeze and preserve foods

Experience and Requirements:

• 2+ years experience
• Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
