Product Operations Support Key Responsibilities:Support the lifecycle of IT products and services from development through delivery.Assist in implementing and maintaining operational processes for products.Monitor and report on product performance, incidents, and KPIs.Liaise between product managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations.Help with documentation, training materials, and end-user support.Coordinate software releases, updates, and service enhancements.Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements. Product Operations Support Skills & Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes (e.g., ITIL).Good understanding of product lifecycle and technical operations.Communication skills to coordinate with teams across functions.Previous experience in product support or IT operations is advantageous.Pay: $5,000.00 – $7,000.00 per monthBenefits:
