Job Description :SG IT is looking for a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to lead critical migration initiatives supporting SAP ECC to Oracle HCM & Datapay transformation programs.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for enterprise HR and Payroll transformation programs- Drive migration strategy, planning, execution, and governance for SAP ECC to Oracle HCM & Datapay implementations- Manage data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful migration outcomes- Develop migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for large-scale enterprise programs- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout migration lifecycles- Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with project timelines and business objectives- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and support enterprise transformation initiativesRequired Skills & Experience :- Strong experience in SAP ECC data migration projects and enterprise transformation programs- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM and Datapay implementations- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration methodologies- Experience working with HR, Payroll, Workforce, or Enterprise Data domains- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and delivery management skills- Ability to manage complex migration programs involving multiple systems and business functionsWhy Join SG IT ?- Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise HR & Payroll transformation programs- Visa sponsorship support for suitable overseas candidates- Exposure to global clients and complex transformation initiatives- Collaborative and growth-focused work environment- Opportunity to build your career in New Zealand while working on cutting-edge programs
