Must-have experience
- 11+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development / configuration experience, with strong recent experience in Security Operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response configuration, implementation, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Compliance configuration, remediation workflow design, and CMDB-based prioritization.
- Strong understanding of integrating scanner and assessment data from tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar sources into ServiceNow workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of CMDB, CI reconciliation/matching, service mapping context, assignment routing, and remediation tasking.
- Experience integrating SecOps workflows with ITSM / Change Management for patching and remediation governance.
- Strong hands-on skill in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, business rules, ACL awareness, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
