CAMP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the execution of professional marketing and communication initiatives. This role will play a key part in enhancing organizational visibility, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring all messaging reflects our expertise and brand standards. This role must be someone who resides within the Front Range (Denver to Colorado Springs) for periodic in-person responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage content calendar (website, social media, newsletters)
- Create and edit marketing materials aligned with brand standards
- Translate technical information into clear, professional content
- Support conferences, outreach campaigns, and promotional efforts
- Track marketing performance and provide insights
- Assist with product/service marketing and business development initiatives
- Ensure all communications meet regulatory and quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to function independently while working as part of a team
- Ability to successfully navigate remote communication, including use of Microsoft Office platform (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Compensation & BenefitsCAMP offers a highly competitive salary based on training and experience
- Marketing and Business Development Coordinator: $55,000-$75,000
