Quantity Surveyor (Construction Claims & Disputes) $175,000 – $220,000 + 12% Super + Performance Bonus
Our client are expanding in Adelaide and are seeking Quantity Surveyor, PQS or Cost Management candidates to support a growing pipeline of construction payment disputes and claims work.
This role suits commercially focused professionals looking to build specialist expertise in claims, contract administration and dispute resolution within a high-performing advisory environment.
The OpportunityYou will take ownership of payment disputes from commencement through to resolution, working directly with subcontractor and contractor clients.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage payment disputes end-to-end
• Assess contractual entitlement, claims and supporting documentation
• Engage with clients via Microsoft Teams and email
• Prepare high-quality, commercially focused deliverables
• Support senior team members on complex matters
• Attend site visits when required (expenses covered)

About YouWe are looking for candidates with strong commercial construction experience. Prior knowledge of Australian Security of Payment legislation is not required.

• Experience in contract administration, claims or commercial management
• Payment/progress claims
• Payment schedules and responses
• Contractual entitlement and valuation
• Project-level disputes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach
