THE OPPORTUNITYWe are actively placing Occupational Therapists into community-based NDIS roles across Sydney with providers who offer genuine flexibility — whether you want to go contractor and run your own schedule, or you prefer the security of an employment arrangement.This is not a rigid clinic position. The roles we're placing into are built around a mobile/community model: you manage your own diary, work with a purposeful caseload, and have real administrative and clinical support behind you. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Functional capacity evaluations and NDIS goal-setting with participants across the lifespan
• Assistive technology assessment and prescription
• Home modification assessment and reporting
• Capacity building programs and community participation support
• Telehealth delivery where appropriate
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including SP, Psych, Physio, and PBS practitioners
• Timely documentation via practice management software (full training provided)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or pending — happy to discuss)
• Minimum 1 year post-graduation experience preferred; exceptional new grads considered
• Experience in NDIS community settings highly regarded but not mandatory
• Strong written communication — accurate, timely, defensible reports
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in the community
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (if relevant to your caseload)
