  • Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate sales.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Valid driving licence and the willingness to travel as required for client meetings or presentations.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including , MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
