What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
• Utilize hands-on treatment techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Track patient progress and modify plans of care as needed.
• Collaborate with patients to establish meaningful goals and improve outcomes.
• Document care accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong patient relationships that promote long-term success and satisfaction.
• Contribute positively to a team culture centered around clinical excellence and patient-first care.

What We're Looking For

• Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Preferred experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Experience with manual therapy techniques preferred
• Experience with or interest in dry needling preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinically
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
