Epilogue Enterprises is searching for a Full-Time Cook!Situated in the heart of picturesque Alice Springs (NT), we operate Page 27 Café and Tropic of Capricorn, beloved by locals and tourists alike for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and live music.In addition to the stunning scenery, year-round summer, and a vibrant community atmosphere, you'll be joining a fantastic team that enjoys working and having fun together.The Cook position offers a wonderful opportunity for a creative and dynamic individual to contribute fresh menu ideas.The successful applicant will:

• Need at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Inspect food items to ensure quality
• Control temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
• Prepare and cook meals
• Season dishes during the cooking process
• Portion food, plating it, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes
• Store food in temperature-controlled environments
• Prepare meals to cater to special dietary needs
• Potentially plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Possibly train other kitchen staff and apprentices
