Associate General Dentist

Believe Dental is a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving patients and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).We are looking for a general dentist to join our private practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality dentistry to patients with special needs. Our modern 8-operatory facility is home to a collaborative, long-tenured team committed to exceptional patient care, mentorship, and professional growth in a supportive environment where patients are never treated like a number. With steady new patient flow and a loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated general dentist seeking clinical growth, strong earnings, and long-term career satisfaction. This position requires approximately 30-35 hours per week of high-reward, high-impact dentistry serving patients with special needs.New grads are welcome. The *key* to success with Believe Dental is sharing our passion to provide great clinical and personal care to our patients. The vast majority of our clinical needs are "bread and butter" general dentistry. Candidates with interest in mentorship and additional advanced dentistry training are encouraged to apply. ● $700 daily minimum guarantee or 30% of collections — whichever is higher. 1 year of fixed guaranteed minimum.

Comprehensive general dentistry including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures & partials, extractions (including third molars), implants(mentorship available), veneers, and pediatric & geriatric care.Who We’re Looking For
● DDS / DMD licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
● New Graduates are welcome - Mentorship available!
● AEGD/GPR, and foreign-trained dentists welcome
● Strong clinical foundation and desire to grow
● Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
