Work Location: In person
- Undertaking landscaping work such as garden bed preparation, planting, lawn care, and the installation of paving, retaining walls, and other landscape features
- Maintaining existing landscapes by mowing, pruning, weeding, and applying fertilisers and other treatments as needed
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our landscaping services
What we're looking for
- A experienced Gardener with at least 2 years’ experience or in a similar role within the gardening and landscaping industry
- A good understanding of plant species, garden design principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in the use of landscaping tools and equipment, including ride-on mowers, chainsaws, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow landscaping plans and specifications
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
