Job Description

• Supervise and lead bar attendants during shifts.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Train and mentor new bar staff.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and conduct stocktakes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with staff rosters and ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are followed.

Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,700.00 per monthBenefits:
