They’re building autonomous AI voice agents for trades and field service businesses, combining LLMs, speech-to-text, and real-time systems to power a new category of “digital workers.”
The role:✅ Build and ship core product features across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems✅ Own the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery to shipped solutions✅ Work directly with customers to solve real operational problems✅ Move fast on MVPs while building scalable, production-grade systems✅ Raise the bar across testing, reliability, and system design✅ Shape product direction through direct user feedback and iteration
