Founding Operations at Foresight Health We're building an AI-native healthcare provider to eliminate suffering from preventable conditions. Foresight Health isn't bolting AI onto a broken system. We're architecting an alternative from scratch that fully utilizes AI for prevention, early diagnosis, and personalized care. The problem we're solving: The US healthcare system is fundamentally broken. Patients with preventable conditions slip through the cracks, providers are buried in administrative work, and by the time a diagnosis lands, it's often too late for meaningful intervention. Instead of patching the existing system, we're building something new. About us: We've raised $8.5M in seed funding from Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, Neo, and others. In just three months, we've partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states, deploying AI-powered care to over 5,000 Medicare patients at full capacity. We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. Our CEO, Tienlan, was sponsored by Masayoshi Son to do frontier health AI research at Berkeley. What we're building: Emi: the first end-to-end, autonomous agent capable of delivering reimbursable clinical care and administration. Alongside our top 1% clinical team, Emi handles everything from patient check-ins and documentation to proactive care management, freeing clinicians to focus on what matters. The role: As Founding Operations, you'll own the operational backbone of the company: people, systems, legal/compliance, partnerships, and whatever else needs doing. One day you're building internal processes, the next you're navigating Medicare compliance, and the day after you're solving a people problem. You'll work directly with the CEO, with a clear path to growing into a COO role as the company scales. If you've ever wanted to run large parts of a business and see your decisions shape a company's trajectory, this is it. What we're looking for: You've built something from scratch. It could be a startup, a product, or a major initiative. You have 2-4 years of experience but outsized ownership and impact for your tenure. You're technically literate (not necessarily an engineer, but you can hold your own with the engineering team). Most importantly, you're humble, hungry, and smart. You identify problems before being asked and solve them without needing direction. Healthcare experience is a plus, but we care more about grit, speed, and a builder's mentality. What we offer: $150-200K base salary plus 0.5-2% equity (with upside for someone on a COO track). You'll be a true founding team member at the frontier of applied AI and real-world clinical care. This is fully in-person in San Francisco, 5+ days a week. We're assembling a lean, cracked team to give people decades of their healthy, happy lives back.
