Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Cleckheaton for a Development Chemist. The Development Chemist will be responsible for formulating and testing new and existing cosmetic products in the laboratory, overseeing quality control processes, and conducting research and development to enhance formulations. The role involves collaborating with technical and commercial teams to meet client requirements and industry standards while staying up to date on market trends and new materials.
Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills with a solid understanding of R&D methodologies and practices
• Expertise in Quality Control processes with attention to detail to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Familiarity with cosmetic industry trends and a passion for developing innovative, sustainable products
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field (unfortunately, not Polymer Science).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
