Epilogue Enterprises is searching for a Full-Time Baker! Our hospitality venues around town pride themselves with offering quality coffee and original food in a city-like funky and alternative vibe. Across our venues we trade breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.Due to our growing business, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a new specialist Baker to prepare and bake bread loaves and rolls for our busy venues. The role will be operating out of our kitchen at Page27 café to provide specialist bakery goods to our venues in town. This role is suited to a baker (who has experience baking specialist produce from scratch within a kitchen environment (not factory).A list of duties and responsibilities are included to but not limited to those below:

• checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
• kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and bakery goods
• monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
• coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and bakery products
• operating equipment which roll and mould dough
• emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
