Qualifications and Skills Essential Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Support the management of spare parts inventory, including stock receiving, tracking, and replenishment.
- Help optimize the logistics flow of operational materials to maintain service efficiency.
- Liaise with logistics providers to handle claims or exceptions related to shipment or delivery, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Phase 2: Team Leadership & Service Excellence
- Progress into a supervisory role, coordinating the daily operations and workflow of a small team of technicians within the Service Center.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in team training, quality control, and process standardization.

Qualifications and Skills Essential Requirements:
- Professional working proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of service operations.
- To be eligible for visa sponsorship, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Dutch HBO level) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience in customer service, warehousing, inventory management, or team coordination.
- A passion for technology and delivering customer-centric service experiences.
