Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include *Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment *Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed *Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff *Provide wine, cocktail and spirit pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices *Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction *Open and serve wine and other make other beverages by service standards *Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area *Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed *Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
